Returns & Exchange Policy

**Summary:** We accept returns for a full refund or exchange within **30 days** of delivery, provided the item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

1. Eligibility and Timeframe

All returns or exchanges must be initiated within **30 days** of the original delivery date. Items must meet the following criteria to be accepted:

  • The item must be in its **original, unworn condition**.
  • All original packaging, including velvet pouches, boxes, and tags, must be included.
  • A copy of the original packing slip or proof of purchase must be enclosed.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items **cannot be returned or exchanged**:

  • **Earrings:** Unless defective upon arrival.
  • **Final Sale/Clearance Items:** Products clearly marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."
  • **Gift Cards**
  • **Custom or personalized items.**

3. How to Start a Return

To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:

  1. **Contact Us:** Email our support team at support@pinkrose.online with your **Order Number** and the reason for the return/exchange.
  2. **Receive Authorization:** Our team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
  3. **Secure Packaging:** Package the item securely, using protective materials. Clearly write the **RMA number** on the outside of the package.
  4. **Shipping:** Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Refunds and Processing

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days), we will process your refund. The funds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If you requested an exchange, we will ship the new item once the original return is approved and the replacement item is in stock. You will be notified via email with the new tracking information.
